In a video released today, US-designated terrorist GS Pannu of the banned Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) announced a reward of USD 125,000 for anyone providing information on the foreign visit of Home Minister Amit Shah, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Indian High Commissioner to Canada Sanjay Kumar Verma for abetting and conspiring to murder another Khalistani terrorist, Hardeep Singh Nijjar, in Vancouver in June.

Pannu, who holds two-way US-Canada passports and is wanted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, has threatened that the above-named will be held accountable under international laws for Nijjar, who was gunned down in an intergang. wars between Sikh radicals.

The SFJ called on Sikh radicals based in Canada to besiege Indian diplomatic premises in Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver on August 15 and also declared September 10 for a so-called Sikh referendum in Vancouver.

While Indian diplomats based in Canada have already informed intelligence agencies and local law enforcement agencies about the bounty on the heads of Shah, Jaishankar, and Verma, the inaction of India's close ally the US on Pannu is all the more interesting given that the two countries have strong cooperation in the fight against terrorism.
